Sales Reports
Sales reports can be used to view sales history, access customer records, and process orders. Data may be filtered and sorted in various ways. The results can be displayed or exported in a csv file, which may then be imported into Microsoft Excel.
Sales report View mode is used to display sales history. Download exports the report in a pipe separated CSV file, which may be imported into Excel. Edit mode is used to take action such as resend a receipt, reactivate product file downloads, reverse a transaction (chargeback), manage unpaid orders, and send payment reminders.
