OrderForm code is being used within HTML pages. When the Put In Cart button is clicked, the buy confirmation window opens with a blank page and stays opened.
Many times, especially on long pages, duplicate View Cart and Check Out buttons are inserted in the middle or end of the page. These links do not need to be within a form and the subtotal field can only be included once on each page. Remove all form tags around the duplicate instances of the buttons.
