Tangible products are physical as opposed to intellectual property. Tangible products typically require sales tax or shipping to be added in the shopping cart.
Note: Products that are set to add shipping, handling, and sales tax can ALSO deliver downloadable products and mail out key codes.

Some states require sales tax to be calculated on only the products and not shipping. Others tax the entire order included shipping charges. In AShop Deluxe, you have the option of calculating state sales tax based upon the order subtotal before or after shipping and handling is added. This is also set in Shipping and Taxes.
