If your current affiliate and order data is in some kind of database already, you can export the data and convert it to a mySQL import format, then import all of the records at once into the AShop database. Database records can also be imported from a spreadsheet or delimited text file.
Once you have the data in a delimited text format, it can be manipulated using the search and replace features of a text editor such as NoteTab Pro so that it can be imported directly into AShop's mySQL database. This works fine for one-time or occasional data imports.
If you need to import data on a regular basis, you can automate the process by using a database management tool.
