Edit Products

| From the Administration Panel, select Edit Catalogue. Select the category that the product to be edited is in.

| Choose from the options under the product you want to edit.
|

| To edit product information.
|
| 1. | Click on the "Edit" button below the product to be edited.
|
| 2. | Change the information as needed. (Name, Price, Description, License Agreement, Affiliate Commissions, Taxable)
|
| 3. | Click on the "Submit" button to save changes.
|

| 1. | Click on the "Files" button below the product.
|
| 2. | Upload new files as needed. (Thumbnail Image, Preview/Demo File, Product Files, Key Codes)

| 3. | Click the "Finish" button to save changes.

| To edit attributes. see more about attributes here...

| 1. | Click on the "Attributes" button below the product.
|
| 2. | Change the attributes as you desire.
|
| 3. | Be sure to save your changes and click "Update" when finshed.

| 1. | Click the "Shipping" button below the product you are editing.
|
| 2. | Click the "Submit" button when you have set the desired parameters.

| To manage discount codes. see more about product discounts here...

| 1. | Click the "Discount" button under the product you want to discount.
|
| 2. | Enter the required parameters and click "Add"
|
| 3. | Click "Remove" to delete a discount.
|
| To send a free downloadable product file.
|
| 1. | Click the "Gift" button.
|
| 2. | Enter the required information and enter a subject and message.
|
| 3. | Click the "Send gift" button to send the email with the free downloadable product.
|
| To remove a product.
|
| 1. | Click the "Remove" button.
|
| 2. | Confirm either "Yes" or "No"
|

| Third Party Software Integration
|
| AShop will optionally integrate with several popular third party software applications such as mailing list and bulletin board programs. If the third party application is installed within the same server account and the path is set within the admin/config.inc.php, a drop-down selection box will also appear on this page. Select the group that this product is to be associated with.
