The eWay payment gateway service does not require any setup, just an active account. Simply enter the eWay account number in the Merchant ID setting for the AShop payment gateway option.

To test the eWay payment gateway without having an account, set the Merchant ID with the test account number 87654321. Buy a product that costs $10 and use the credit card number: 4444333322221111. The exp month must be greater than today's month and the exp year greater than 2007. The sec code can be any 3 digit number.
